Destination: Italy - Amalfi Coast

Drink: Aperol Spritz

    • 75mL Aperol
    • 50mL Prosecco
    • 25mL sparkling water
    • Orange slice to garnish
    • Ice

      Get some ice in a glass (pref something large and with a stem).

      Add in your liquids and give it a gentle stir to mix everything together.

      Top with orange and put on an ep of White Lotus S2, so you feel right at home… without the murder, obvs.

Drink: Strawberry Mimosa

    • 125mL orange juice
    • 2-3 strawberries
    • 1 sliced strawberry for garnish

      In a blender, pop your orange juice and 2-3 strawberries with the leaves removed (trust us, the added greenery is NOT a vibe).

      In your glass (pick a champagne flute, cause it’s trés chic) pour the champers to about halfway. Make sure you do it at a 45º angle so it doesn’t foam up too much.

      Once settled, add the juice mixture and finish with a sliced strawberry for garnish.

      Get a tall glass, gin balloon (cos you fancy) or even a wine glass, and chuck some ice in it.

      Pour in the gin, elderflower liqueur and splash that bitters.

      Top up with your trusty tonic water, hitting the side of the glass so it creates a mixing motion.

      Thinly slice the cucumber and lay it on top, like you’re a chef plating food at Buckingham Palace.

    • 120mL traditional lemonade
    • Crushed ice
    • Slice of lemon

      Get some ice cubes in a zip-lock bag and crush the ice with a fry pan.

      Then, put it into your serving glass and pop in the fridge.

      Get some normal-sized ice into a cocktail shaker with the voddy, blue curaçao and lemonade.

      Now for the fun part: shake that sucker UP until it’s chiller than your mate from Byron Bay.

      Pour over the crushed ice and serve with lemon and cherries.

      Find some sunlight and pretend you’re on a Fijian beach.

    • 750mL Red Wine (one bottle)
    • 125mL Brandy
    • 190mL fresh orange juice
    • 80g granulated sugar
    • 1 orange, sliced
    • 1 apple, sliced
    • 250g fresh blueberries
    • 250g fresh strawberries, sliced
    • 1 cinnamon stick

      Oh, you wanted just one drink? Well, turns out you’re getting a whole vat.

      Get a large mixing bowl or jug.

      Add the bottle of wine, OJ, brandy and sugar, then mix to help it dissolve.

      Stir in the fruit & cinnamon stick to get it mingling with the liquid (think of it like a lil meet cute).

      Pop that baddie in the fridge for at least 2 hrs or overnight (if you can wait).

      Put on some flamenco music and start rolling your rrrr‘s.

    • 60mL coconut cream
    • Pineapple wedge, to garnish

      OK, this one’s super sinch. Get the juice, rum and coconut cream in a blender and pulse until it’s all mixed.

      Pour into a glass and garnish.

      Lastly, bust out your Bintang singlet, kick back and dream of Kuta Beach.
