This Prosecco is the best broad spectrum social wine that I have experienced, the taste is liked by most people, and inoffensive to the majority of the rest. The thing that puts this Prosecco out in front, (in my book), is the buzz that it gives you, which wine tasters cant describe - hey, the don't swallow... Just the right amount of bubbles to work fairly quickly, but not too so, plus a consistent well balanced sugar and esters boost ensures a lively, happy conversation, perfect for any social event. I had a bottle of Maschio Prosecco sitting in a gift hamper ready for a client. Out of nowhere, it exploded on its own — and it wasn’t even a hot day. Thankfully it hadn’t been given to my client yet. It was quite shocking and honestly a bit scary. The glass shattered unexpectedly and could easily have caused injury. I’d be concerned about the safety of the bottle and whether this could happen again.
