Spicy and Sour Michelada

Like a Bloody Mary… but with extra bite. hot peppertomato This bold, briny classic hits with chilli, citrus and a frosty cold beer – perfect for winter warriors and brunch daredevils.

    • Chamoy + Tajín (for glass rim)
    • 2 cups tomato juice
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tbsp hot sauce
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 60ml lime juice (or a good squeeze of lime)
    • Salt 
    • Pepper
    • Ice
    • An Aussie beer (Stone & Wood, VB, or whatever you’ve got)
    • Garnish: Lime wedge + cherry tomato
    • 1
      Rim your glass with Chamoy, then dip into Tajín.

      Add soy sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and your tomato juice.

      Squeeze in your lime juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.

      Fill with ice, then slowly pour in your beer.

      Garnish with a lime wedge and cheeky cherry tomatoes.
