• It's a flat $10 for delivery. We use local drivers with limited carrying capacity, so there's a maximum of 10 boxes per order for delivery.

• Once you've placed your order, you can track it in your account: Login and go to My Account > View Your Orders
• If you've ordered for Pick up, we'll SMS you when it's ready, usually in as little as 30 minutes. If the Pick up store is closed, or closing soon, we'll SMS you in the morning when the store opens and your order is ready.
• If you've ordered Delivery, we'll SMS you with real-time driver tracking, so you can follow your order all the way home. (Or office. Or mate's place. Or wherever.)

Of course! They just need to be an adult. (Tall kids don't count, sorry!)

If you're sending someone else to collect your Pick up order, just give us their name and mobile number during checkout and we'll SMS them, as well as you, when the order is ready. They'll need to be 18 years or over and show us a valid photo ID to grab the order on your behalf.

For Delivery, orders can be received by anyone who is 18+ with valid photo ID. If the recipient looks under 25, their name, date of birth and ID will be recorded. If you are ordering within South Australia, the recipient will be required to sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are over 18+.

Please note, changing nominees for NT orders is not available due to territory legislation.
