I’ve always found Johnnie Walker to be one of the smoothest blends, not bitter at all, just tastes rich and oaky. Always find the packaging a classic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appearance of this scotch whiskey is bright amber with light golden-red tones, it’s clear and vibrant in the glass with thin, fast legs that hint a lighter body. Priority as a Scottish blend Prioritise consistency over Single origin characters. The blend is clean and well constructed though not especially complex or refined. As it has been produced in Scotland Under strict Scottish whiskey regulations, ensuring proper distillation, maturation and labelling standard. Light medium bodied it feels relatively thin compared to Premium whiskey. With a noticeable edge Which makes it punchy rather than smooth. There is a Short to medium finish. There is a lingering warmth with hints of spice,smoke and slightly peppery kick though it fades fairly quickly. Overall it’s best suited for mixing especially in high balls or simple cocktails like whiskey and Coke. it is less ideal for slow sipping. but works well as an affordable versatile everyday option.
