Long time fan of the Schw...ps product, thought it's time to try a smaller scale boutique tonic. Found a Google review that rated the CAPI the best in a blind tasting with Gin, so tried it. Definitely this is now our GoTo Tonic to go with gin. It is a great support act, not clashing with top gin, but actually enhancing it. There is a purity to it that we love. Subtlety, elegance and balance. Not WAM BAM - which you would never want to mix with a fine gin. This Aussie tonic is perfect. Recommended.
