Refreshing drink not too sweet. love this version of a classic

We first discovered this beautiful gin while on a holiday down at Margaret River. We visited the Margaret River Distillery to see what we could find. With my wife have allergies to wheat, gluten, corn, and potato the challenge was real. However, as we discovered this distillery distils Giniversity Gin. This Gin is distilled using only botanicals. No grain mash and hence, no allergens. This was a journey with this beautiful gin. We have tried most of their selections and haven't found one we don't like yet. With the Pink Gin, the summer fruit aromas and subtle rose-pink hue, this gin is a showstopper. Definitely have this little gem as a staple in our bar. Absolutely recommend.
