Heathcote is a well known area for great Shiraz, and now, great Shiraz and Gin in one! My personal favourite way to enjoy this gin is in a “Bloody Sour” Cocktail! This Gin is great, The Shiraz touch is not overpowering and in return makes it very light and very refreshing.
