I love Bailey’s Irish Cream! Served over a cube or two of ice; straight out of the fridge: or at room temperature, all are good options. This product has a smooth, creamy feel. There is a little bit of an after taste that is hard to describe - like a subtle edge, but not unpleasant. Original Bailey’s can be added to coffee in place of sugar and cream, elevating and refining it for a special occasion. Bailey’s is not something to be rushed but rather enjoyed one sip at a time. While you can enjoy it alone, it is always nicer when shared. It is both a reliable gift, and a foundation bottle to have on hand when hosting. It is available in several sizes from a mini bottle up to a 1.5L bottle. In recent years, Bailey’s has been released in a several flavours, but I find the original to be the best.

This is true deligth-I don’t want it to end;its ingredients are an explosion on my palate. The touch of alcohol doesn’t make it taste bitter, and its color is very light. Its value is incredible, and it has no sediment at all,as it is very uniform.
