Perfume and spice is what you want from Yarra Vally Pinot Noir. The 2020 Payten and Jones ‘VV’ Pinot Noir has it in spades. Fresh red fruits, carbonic spice and a lovely savoury finish. At your next BBQ, put in the ice just before you start cooking, makes a great little chilled red to go with food off the grill. Not into that, the wine stands up just fine to any Pinot Noir aficionado looking for a great drink. Especially for price and style.
