Lanson Black Label is really a great value Champagne.....if you like it dry, I mean really dry, drink now. If you want more depth of flavour and the edge taken off the acid line, then play the long game and scribble the date you bought it on the back of the label and drink it in 3 years +. And you can drink from your flutes reminding yourself that you have that bottle in the back of cupboard for a future date! Beware the gift giving, this is not for the Prosecco set!
