Mix half a glass of Sofi Blood Orange & bitters with saxbys sugar free ginger beer and some frozen fresh raspberries. So good!!

Stuck in Covid lockdown, wishing to be out at a bar and getting served cocktails… then I saw this at Dan Murphy’s. It was the start of spring, first warm-ish day in a long time. Pored it into a wine glass full of ice…. THEN BANG! For the first time I felt like I was drinking a spritz made from a bartender. I know it’s been day 300 in lockdown, but boy did this baby take me back to the days of freedom… it was a beautiful surprise.

Had to water this down with soda water for it to be drinkable. Could taste cheap wine and nothing delicious about this mix.

I have loved this drink since I sampled it several years ago at The Good Food and Wine Show in Melbourne. It's not heavily carbonated or too sweet, just right for me. Perfect all year round, but especially refreshing on a hot day.

Love SOFI and the original is the best! over ice does the job but a garnish like lime make it next level. perfect for a cheeky mid-week treat
