Once you get over the fact it’s not Malibu, it’s not bad. The coconut flavour is different to Malibu, but not unpleasant. It kind of has a roasted coconut taste with a warm after feeling. No real burn to the throat like some cheap spirits, but it is on,y 21% Alc. I’ve been enjoying this as a sipper on ice, and it’s nice on a warm evening. I’m keen to drop it into a pineapple juice, and of course. Pina Colada. At $17 a bottle, it earns a spot on the shelf if you don’t want to pay twice the price for Malibu.
