The other reviews offer excellent tasting notes. All I can add is that this wine is delicious, worth getting if you enjoy tempranillo variety or new world style. Juicy but dry. Add to cart.

Initial buttery vanilla on nose with spicy oak coming through.Smooth with mulberry followed by blackberry on the palate. Finishes with soft acidity. Very nice either on its own or with any red meat dish.

This is another very well made Aussie wine which is in that familiar "perfectly balanced style" which we are so accustomed to these days. But this wine has a little bit of extra varietal flavour poking through the balance which adds some interest. Very easy drinking and depending on your palate either nice or very nice. Worth a try.

This wine is a true expression of the vineyard’s terroir; purity and characteristics of the grape variety is faithfully represented. When I opened the bottle, on the nose was full of raspberry jubes, milk chocolate and vanilla sponge cake. It also displayed on the nose further a spice mix with some floral notes. In my mouth showed Sweet fruit flavours with a healthy dose of chalky tannins. Well balanced, sweet and soft, the wine flows well across the mouth. The wine appeared like a Spaniard rather than a Australian Tempranillo. The wine was pleasing.

Lovely mid weight red, fresh cranberry currant rosemary and vanilla aromas smoothly reveal a fresh berry flavor moving to chocolate with just enough tannin to keep you interest perfect for spring and autumn, great with lamb.
