The 'Rua' is a very satisfying wine not to mention the value. Good nose, good colour and best of all, great flavour.

The aroma when opening is extremely pleasant, however the wine is light with little complexity, and its lack of body and finesse make it very ordinary. It has few nuances and subtlety, and while being a pleasant quaffing wine it has little more to recommend it. There are far better around this price range,

Pinot Noir

RUA Pinot Noir is made in a juicy, fruit forward style, soft on the tannins with bright acidity. This makes it an easy match for a large range of flavours and dishes from salami and soft goat's cheese to woodfired pizza to a creamy chicken Marsala. We especially love how well RUA Pinot Noir accompanies chilli and roasted Asian flavours of soy and sesame – a perfect match to pork and mushroom dumplings!
