Very easy drinking wine, especially for the price, may not be for those looking for a big bold red, but pairs well with Italian cuisines, such as pasta or pizza

Seems to get a few poor reviews, maybe corked? My bottle was delicious- earthy and dry with subtle berry , spice and mushroom tones, Easy to drink without overpowering fruit and tannins Very nice

2019 vintage Red fruit (cherries, redcurrants) aroma. Medium body with grippy but velvety tannins that give way to softer ripe cherries and vanilla taste, with final peppery spice in the lingering finish. Needs food to fully show, with ragout, steak, meat pizza, BBQ or even harder cheeses all a good match thanks to those tannins. Decent value at $14 (member special price, down from $17). Go for it as alternate to Merlot, Grenache or Shiraz (but not if the most full bodied Shiraz is your thing).

Expected something better for this price. Not so terrible I didn’t drink it but won’t buy again.

I am wondering if I have received an "off" bottle (it is the 2017 vintage)... the aroma to me is like wet cardboard. It puts me off even before I take a sip. Would definitely not buy this again!!
