Just tried the latest 2024 and its fabulous. So fresh & fruity. I've had this wine before and really enjoyed it!

Not even close to the previous vintages. Very poor example from normally reliable winemakers. Tastes cheap and generic, like a ten dollar wine.

The 2024 vintage is by far the worst example of this wine. We have consumed this wine consistently over many years. The 2021 was good but a bit thin; the 2023 vintage was sublime - great value, and beautifully balanced. and worthy of forty bucks - easily best value for a VIC Shiraz at this price point. BUT!!! Don't bother with this 2024 - except for a novelty comparison with ten dollar wines. It tastes so generic - I suspect the winemakers have chucked in all sorts of rubbish from around Heathcote - including some (legally) under [10%] Cabernet. SOOOO DISAPPOINTING Tar & Roses.

Very well made wine with fruity characters and Heathcote terroir combined to form a good approachable drink by the fireplace with some hot smoked trout and kabana.

Floral nose. 1st taste, 1st day, light fruit reliance rather than big black currents. More reddish fruit overtones, cranberries, strawberries etc. 2nd taste, 2nd day, similar to 1st day but less intense. Perhaps better finished in one sitting.

Fantastic Heathcote Shiraz. Has the distinctive Heathcote Shiraz flavours that make this wine so special. Love it
