I consider the South Island Savingnon Blanc to be the best value for money . It is a bargain when on special at around $12.00 per bottle . The Paul Mas Sav Blanc being imported at $11.00 per bottle is also a bargain.

Dont agree with it being light-bodied; it has a fair amount of body for a sauv. blanc as far as I am concerned which gives it character. Pleasant- drinking wine

Considering the price I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this wine! It has a very subtle sweetness with lots of flavor and body to it. My dinner guests all enjoyed it also, despite the range of palettes. Honestly outplays many wines twice the price.

Keen SVB drinker. This one equal to Aussie equivalents neither of which have the fruit driven flavour of NZ bottles, but that’s ok. It’s just different. At this price it will become my new go-to for a Friday afternoon!
