Nice clean taste and goes down well satisfying a thirst particularly on a hot summers day. No bitter after taste. Good all rounder and much better than any mass produced beers.

This is the first craft beer I ever tasted. 15 years ago. Always purchase it when I have the funds. Lovely Amber colour & great malty taste. Always one of my favorites.

Lovely colour and carbonation with a nice head. It's nice on the palette and virtually no aftertaste. I would have liked a little more malt flavour but that's just me. An easy drink to put down and one I would buy again when on special.

Throughout my adult years enjoying beer over time my pallet has matured and change as your appreciation and likes develop. I have moved from the sweeter taste of a VB to a more fuller and malt driven flavor and the next phase in this evolution is Mountain Goat Hightail Ale. A very successful brewer commencing in Richmond Victoria and has taken the interest form overseas interest. The brew must be chilled and is not for the fainthearted with dark amber colour, toffee on the back pallet and a barley & hops finish. Certainly to be enjoyed in moderate

Malty beer with just enough hops bitterness. Good if you can get it on special but there are better beers out there for the price

The Hightail is a great full flavoured beer with a malty aftertaste. Mountain goat make great beers and this is no exception. Best drank on a cooler day as the flavours suit a slightly heavier palate. Enjoy responsibly.
