Had a taste of this one straight after I opened it and if I was writing the review solely based on that first sip - it would be a lot worse. With 15 minutes of air this is a really refreshing drink, the “fizziness” settled down, “zestyness” backed off a touch and it become a nice well rounded Pinot Gris.

This bottle was given as a gift. I will definately buy more. It's lovely and light with a beautiful fruity and crisp flavour. Great wine to drink on a sunny afternoon. Now in my favourite list.
