I am not going to rave on and give a lecture as some do. It was an average wine.The bottle was emptied regardless.It was bold and full bodied with a pleasing taste.. Less wordsmanshipwould and getting to the point is better dont you think.

If, when you drink Aussie shiraz, you prefer it to burst into your mouth, smothering your palate with upfront, spicy, black fruit then you must try this wine. For fans of licorice, vegemite and sucking on a fisherman's friend.

Can't say I agree with that! I found this offering both rich and powerful enough to compliment almost ALL red meat dishes. It hits you with a torrent of black fruits, theres a bit of plum in there, but it doesn't dominate. The warm spice adds to its appeal. Certainly far from the most expensive Shiraz out there, but it definately has an appeal all its own. A good match for the Summertime afternoon BBQ, especially up here in QLD where its gets just so hot. At this price, I went back and bought another few bottles. This Shiraz is a real winner and not too 'woody'. Thumbs up!

Could not even finish half a glass of this rubbish,then down the drain with it. We drink a lot of red wines and this one won`t be in our basket ever again.

This has to be the best value red around. Have recommended it to all my friends and they love it!!
