I really enjoy this wine- it is a great blend and I much prefer this to a Chardonnay. It’s easy to drink, full of fruit flavours and leaves a pleasant aftertaste. This is my favourite wine.

I had purchased this Superb Wine just a week or so ago and had served it with Chicken. From the moment I took my first sip I was hooked!! As I am getting older I don't drink more than a glass normally as I find so many wines can cause a burning sensation and also cause me to have headaches!!! Not pleasant!!! But this Wine is smooth-fresh-just so palatablle!! I enjoyed it soo much I actually went to Dan Murphys and purchased a Case of it!! So now I'm happy to say I can enjoy this Wine knowing that I am not going to have any of the after effects that I normally do have!! Delicious-Superb Wine that I will now share with friends and family. Thanking You Maureen

After trying the 95 point Cab Merlot, thought I'd give the Semillon Sauvignon a shot. Nothing but impressed by this blend, recommended

Forester Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2011 - Tasted Oct 2012 A thoroughly enjoyable sem/sauv blend. Nicely weighted with great fruit/acid balance. It's fresh and zesty with elegant citrus, herb and floral characters. The finish is dry, long and satisfying. A very adaptable wine that will match easliy to a range of seafood, chicken and salad dishes, or enjoy as an aperitif. Tasted with crispy skin snapper and green salad. If you like this wine, you could also consider the Vasse Felix Classic Dry White, or shell out some extra cash and treat yourself to the wonderful version from Lenton Brae, both from Margaret River.
