A wonderful dessert wine that has a great mouth feel. Apricot and honey undertones but not overly sweet. My 80 year-old Mum loves it!

We bought both this sweet semicolon and the De Bortoli and tried them together with an apple and mulberry pie. Both good but this was superior [and more expensive!] as it retained a good acidity to give a balance with the sweetness.

It’s perfect for someone who complains about not liking “wines” just put it in the fridge for them for 1hr then make them taste it! They’ll love it! I’ve had heaps of friends who hated wine because it wasn’t their “cup of tea” or alcohol in that case but this changed their game! It’s also prefect for a romantic dinner! Just pasta, cheese and garlic bread, bruschetta and a glass of Botrytis Semillon!!

I couldn't bring myself to fork out for a bottle of AOC Sauternes and thought I'd try something local in the same vein. Like all wines of different regions, it's obviously not exactly the same thing - but I would say this is just as nice in its own right and a beautiful local style, and at only $18 a bottle I would buy it over a Sauternes any day! Paired it with Roquefort as they do in Bordeaux and it was delicious. Luscious and syrupy without being over the top, well-balanced with a nice acidity, and ripe stonefruit for days. Beautiful picnic wine, and just the right size for 2 people

It has the right amount of sweetness as a dessert wine but the taste and smell are quite odd. The after taste is alright but when the wine first touches my tongue, it somehow tastes like one of those chest cough syrup... Nice packaging but won’t purchase it again.

We love Noble One and hubby thinks this is better.
