Bought a couple of bottles on special. Couldn't even drink one glass, sweet and flabby, even sickly. Would like to return them but as DM doesn't have an email address to respond, and the BOT has very poor AI, I have to revert to a public review. There is always a reason why wine is on special...

2021 vintage: what I like about this is that it's quite well-balanced and easy to drink, no offensive harsh acidity that you see in a lot of cheaper whites, and it goes down quite easy as a result - I can see myself drinking several glasses and enjoying it, whereas normally I avoid white wines altogether. This isn't tiring on the palate. On the nose, all I can say is mountains of parmesan cheese - it's big on those yeasty secondary aromas. There's a bit of that on the palate too. Nice and dry, but not too complex - I think this would pair really well with pesto...picturing a slightly warmer than room-temp bowl of pesto pasta with extra toppings of parmesan to mirror the wine. In that context I reckon I could polish off a bottle easily and love it. But it's a pleasant casual arvo drinking white too.

I really enjoyed the smoothness of the Viognier. I shared the bottle with my mother in law. We both said we would buy again. I also like the label style and the presentation. Yummy and so easy to drink.
