A beautiful medium bodied Aussie red. It seems 2011, 10 & 09 all show a uniform house style, red fruits spectrum, tight structure with woody overtones, good length and a lingering clean acid finish with no hunter brett. Fantastic food wine will complement many Italian & Spanish or French provincial dishes. This is going to be a very long lived wine. Man what was the grapes ph before fermentation if it 3.35 after malo. Maurice O’Shea would be proud.
