After opening and letting it breathe for 30 mins this wine was amazing.

This Shiraz is tasty and drinkable. But it comes with a bonus. Botobolar preservative free Shiraz provides instant relief for those of us who suffer from hay fever or other allergies. It tastes pretty good; perhaps not an absolute killer, but nevertheless, comparable to many other first rate Shiraz’s. I usually stop drinking reds from September through to February… but give this a try. I was desperate, and I tried it. And I haven’t looked back. Congratulations to the winemakers!
