I would recommend this to a friend!
After being a beer and Whisky man for years, I thought I would give wine a crack given I now live on the doorstep to the Barossa. I had no idea so the Bishop was recommended and it didn't disappoint! I went back for more. I have had other reds that were too peppery or sharp on the palette. The Bishop was perfect. If only they had a cellar door 🤔

Amazing from the moment it was opened. So smooth and demanding to be drunk. We have had it cellared for while and it was perfect for the occasion.
