Obviously not a French sweetie, or even a great Ozzie version, but an excellent choice if paired with a cheesecake for dessert at lunch or dinner with friends. A luscious start, fulsome but not overwhelming stone fruit middle and a clean finish on the palate. It will impress beyond its price.

Medium-bodied, but not too sweet or syrupy like others. Will definitely be buying Hollicks regularly. Highly recommend for those who want a lovely dessert wine without wincing at the sweetness.

This really is a great balance of sweetness and acidity, perfect for all occasions as a surprisingly refreshing dessert. Every time I taste it I just can't help but want more. The finish is long with cumquat marmalade and a slight lemon lime flavour. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice sweet wine which is sweet, yet still very fruity.

Hollick The Nectar is a fine example of Botrytis Riesling. You'll love the innate sweetness on offer, with plenty of acidity to keep the flavours lively and deliver an incredibly satisfying finish. A great choice of wine for serving alongside dessert courses.
