I would recommend this to a friend!
I visited the house of Nicholas Feuillatte today in Chouilly, near Épernay France. I had never heard of this house before today. The champagne is exceptional, especially the Blanc de Blanc. The premier cru is crisp and dry, with notes of tropical fruit. Delicious and refreshing, I wish it was more easily available here in Australia.
