A light, flavoursome ale perfect for a lazy afternoon BBQ.

Was exactly what I needed when i bought this. Wanted to try something new and it did not disappoint, recommend it.

A tasty ale, perfect for those hot summer days. Easy to drink with fruity notes. Will not be to everybody's taste, but was rather refreshing.

Very lack luster, almost insipid.If this is an "Australian Pale Ale" one can assume named is a diluted version of American pale ale style.Little hops and malt,could only be described as being endowed with little complexity.Much better out there to savor.

What is this beer? Firstly it shouldn't be compared to a traditional Pale Ale. Its not. It's labelled as an Australian Pale Ale which is still like a teenager trying to establish it's identity by the way. It's not at all complex and doesn't try to be, so should also never be compared to it's stablemate Fat Yak. It's not. What it is though is drinkable, refreshing and sessionable. Aus Pale Ales try to be everything to everybody. A cross between English and American styles. Malt v Hops. Lazy Yak has a lightish mouth feel, is a bit more carbonated and definitely on the maltier side rather than hoppy. Not at all unpleasant with no chemical taint and a good refreshing drink on a hot day. Don't expect the world and you won't be disappointed. It's quite an ok beer
