A nice drink for around the campfire watching the sun go down

Amazing and true to name! I drank the bottle Friday night and it was full again this morning. Sensational.

Not the best rum that ever came in a Bundy bottle, but perfect as a mixer, or huddled around a winter fire. Worth its price, but I hope that the little bears will benefit as much as the distillers would have us believe.

I purchased this as it was a new addition to the Bundy range plus some of the money spent goes towards the Australian wildlife and nature recovery fund, which is a worthy cause. Flavour wise I found the additional 3 years of aging hasn't really done much to alter the profile from regular Bundy UP. Although, it is slightly smoother and more mellowed than its cheaper counterpart with a shorter finish and much the same molasses, caramel, and fruitcake flavours you can expect from Bundy UP, only real differences I could taste were more oak and vanilla notes on the palette. Overall a very good rum at a good price, mixes well with cola, ginger beer and ginger ale. over ice or neat it is a bit rough round the edges, yet still quite drinkable.
