So not what I expected, full of flavour and I will be back for many more.

A wonderfully aromatic and smooth drinking experience that introduces heightened inputs ( believably ) from barrels, that unfortunately yield a sweet, non- cabernet experience. No doubt valued and appreciated by many but not for my palate nor aligned with my preference for well bodied, tannic, dry red wine. Interesting perhaps on one level but for me, quite unpleasant. Wine consumers should acknowledge and applaud innovation and variance, equally producers should refine experimentation over time. Wonder which way this will go.
