I have to say I'm now a convert to this drop. My wife who is quite fussy with sparkling wines was sold. Hands down beats the French counterparts in my book.

My husband bought this as a birthday present as he knows i am a champagne aficionado. I am also fussy and have definite favourite Aussie sparklers along with the French. This vintage had a lively, mineraly taste - lovely tight bubbles - it is superb! Definitely on my watch list to buy up when on special. i highly recommend. The husband chose well!

Normally a French Champagne girl, I purchased the Clover Hill based on price point and I was very surprised. I would select this over a Moët or Mumm any day of the week. Do yourself a favour and give it a try.

CLOVER HILL 'Vintage' punches way above its weight. Definitely my 'go-to' Ausy Sparkling. It you haven't already tired it you MUST. Complex, dry yet sweet & deep. Very enjoyable. I've tried many Australian Sparkling wines & Frenchys too. The Clover Hill VINTAGE is up there in the $150 range. Love it, love it LOVE IT !!!!!!!

I got onto this magical champagne after attending a corporate event where sommelier shared with us that Princess Mary had CH served as one of two champagnes at her wedding reception. Never disappoints such a cracker of champagne. (obviously could not be true but either way onto a winner with this drop)

I do not drink dry white wines. I bought this to give my lover, my two sisters and my sister-in-law a taste of fine Tasmanian sparkling wine. My lover is the only one who ended up getting a taste of this one and it turns out it is her favourite of all thus far.
