This sake is hard to drink. The alcohol is hot and harsh. It's also very bitter. I was hoping Dans's would have a decent offering on the sake front as it's not easy to get besides online speciality retailers. At this stage, I'll keep going that route.

It is recommended chilled. I tried it both chilled and hot. Chilled is the way it should be. Hot was weird. I really enjoyed it on its own after dinner. Again I know it's recommended with food. A new experience.

Pleasant tasting sake without any sharpness. White chocolate comes to mind! It went well with my seafood linguini. I was tempted to try it hot but decided not to.

A beautiful easy drinking sake with a great taste. This sake was very clean and went well with the seafood I had. Perfect taste and aroma with such a great price and it's well worth a try. A must try for lovers of Sake. Try serving in small amounts to savour the flavour.

Good to see more quality sake is ranged at Dan's. I tried this sake at one of the Japanese Sake Bar in Melb and instantly loved its clean taste. Great drink chilled and enjoyed this with fresh oysters with soy lemon.
