Always an interesting wine to pair with different cheese and seafood! Goes surprisingly well with Indian food as well.

Tried the 2018 vintage on recommendation from a Dan’s Wine Merchant following an offer from Dan’s to recommend wines according to my criteria. Definitely a buttery Chardonnay with fruit flavours and little oak. “Smooth as a baby’s bottom”
