One of my favourite reds. It has become a bit expensive last vintage but when an offer like this comes along I will grab it. full body red with lovely tannins well balanced

Nice full fruity flavour. Excellent quaffer but the price is steep at $50, paying for a Name. Fortunately I shared another's bottle :-)

my son gave me a gift of three bottles of 2012 penfolds bin 28 Kalimna shiraz, tonight I opened the first bottle it bursts with a rich plum and blackberries palate, very enjoyable a quality shiraz

Quite typical of the Bin 28 range. No it is not a 389 but the price reflects this. Still a well rounded shiraz with good body & flavours. I agree its overpriced at the moment but this will join the rest in my cellar for opening in another 2-5years

This is a good quality wine as it should be. Rich in taste, full of body and the slight tan of musk. It's not too sweet and a quality not to be used as a table wine, but for rather special occasion. A delight to enjoy. I was lucky to get it as a bonus, however, I would not pay full price for it. The wine is overpriced with $42 and should not be any more than $30. It's a shame, because we will only enjoy it when it is on special. There are plenty of wines from Chile,South Africa or European wines with the same character and quality and cheaper.
