Very affordable, easy to use and does what it says it should. I'm using it to preserve vermouths and aromatised wines.

Learning to not be too enthusiastic and pull the handle from the piston. It doesn't need to be pumped that vigorously that you pull the handle off. After several uses you learn when to stop, as more pumping is futile. I used a dollup of supa-glue to counteract my enthusiasm. This is truly a great product. Stops wine going off for at least two days. Haven't been able to test it for longer periods!
