Best taste in years. Had it cellared since 2014 and opened it reluctantly but one sip made the taste buds explode

A very solid Shiraz Cab, goes well with anything from cheese and crackers to pasta. Consider this the new ‘go to’ if you want to impress the friends and family, without the high price tag. It has that full bodied flavour that pepper jack is renowned for, yet goes down easy and keeps getting better.

I'd heard a lot about Pepperlack's wines and had high hopes. While this wine was OK, and was certainly drinkable, it didn't really meet my hopes and completely failed to wow me. Like a boxer who ends up in a title shot it didn't really earn and get's KO'd early, all I can say is that I'm glad some people liked the show but it's not worth the price of admittance. Get it if it's cheap as it basically plays to the description, but not if you need to score some serious points.

The wine we get these days are a rip off. People cannot afford the price of a DECENT bottle of wine. The wine industry is not what it was. Better off not drinking at all.
