After the pleasant surprise I had with the Folio Barossa shiraz, I thought I'd give this one a crack. Folio's addition from the Heathcote region is all about chocolate aromas and a very long finish of caramel. The red fruits are there, but spicy notes on the nose and a very smooth and dry finish of caramel and chocolate are the heroes of this wine.
