My former favourite gin was Tanqueray, very nice. I bought four pillars once, on price, to share with friends. Being open minded i was truly surprised by the quality and flavour of this gin. Smooth and mellow, it straight away became my new favourite. Being Australian made only makes it more acceptable to me. Now it's my favourite by far.

I can't drink this as the aniseedy flavour is just too overpowering. I've tried lots of different gins and was hoping to be able to add this iconic Aussie brand to my list of favs - not to be. Gave the bottle away as I can't drink it and that's saying something! But if you like aniseed overtones, I'm sure you'll like this gin.
