I was highly disappointed with this gin, as it completely failed to live up to the expectations of a premium spirit. Instead of the vibrant, classic flavor profile you would expect from a rare dry gin, the taste was entirely underwhelming, flat, and lacked any depth. Worse still, it had a strange, off-character note that tasted completely out of place and threw the entire drink out of balance. It doesn't even make a gin and tonic taste nice, as the weird flavor completely ruins the mixer. I definitely cannot recommend this.

Very disappointed with Dan Murphy’s product description. Anise seed is prevalent with no hint of any type of citrus. I requested a comparable product to Tasmania’s Splendid Gin which I love. Unfortunately I have now 3 bottles of this anise gin to get rid of.
