Really did not like this wine, it tasted like badly flavoured water. Ended up throwing away the full cask!

I don't usually drink cask wine and I prefer reds, I found this cask wine lacking in taste and body and I certainly won't buy it again.
I have doubts that it will add any flavors to cooking, which was why I purchased it.
