A well-known, safe Riesling producer from Clare Valley, can’t go wrong. Everyday priced for everyday meals or anytime of the day! 😉 light straw color, high acid, medium- finish, crisp and very refreshing / notes of lime, citrus, green apples, minerals, grapefruit, some stone fruit like peach/melon. Always a good option for an everyday white-wine refresher!
