I would recommend this to a friend!
This ia a great wine with fine peppery tannins that linger in the mouth. Given time to air / breathe and from recent experience paired with with a spicy Indian massaman beef curry was a match made in heaven. But I'm sure it would be great with a good strong cheddar cheese or charred grilled fatty meat also.
