Agwa is an excellent herbal liqueur. It’s like a heath boost due to all the herbs. I find it very invigorating.

Agwa de Bolivia, like a surprising amount of other products in Bolivia, is made using the coca leaf. The coca leaf is an intrinsic part of Bolivian culture and has a plethora of properties that make it useful. I discovered Agwa de Bolivia years ago and I have designed a few cocktail recipes using it since. Sweet, but with a herbal pallet. Especially delicious and refreshing in summer cocktails. I love Agwa De Bolivia. A drink one should at least try once, Agwa de Bolivia can also be savoured slowly on ice and should be kept in the freezer for maximum enjoyment.
