Somehow the wine is timless yet different. I think Fowles has done a brillent job with this one. Ironcially i was exposed to it in Buzzfeeds worth it series on wine and i decided to get some. Turns out it was worth it. I generally use it at celbrations and for some end of week drinking. It comes also in magnums which is nice when its for a big group of people. Its pairing is BBQ friendly and for some more milky softer cheese that pairs wonderfully with the strong tannin structure. Its a classic Shiraz and you wont be disapointed
