This is an unusual gin and not to be drunk with tonic. It is more of a long drink/ mixed drink gin. While it CAN be mixed with a fever tree Mediterranean tonic water ( and i stress this is the ONLY tonic water it goes well with) I strongly suggest skipping tonic and drinking with lots of ice soda water, fresh lime and a little belfours rose and elderflower cordial ( or a little rose water and lime cordial if one must). Otherwise have with just soda water and fresh orange and lime slices. This is also a great gin to make a sidecar, or a white lady with because it goes so well with cointreau

This is delicious with good quality tonic and bit of fresh lemon squeezed into it.
