Capricorn Spiced rum is as real as it gets - locally sourced molasses, a long fermentation time and aged in Queensland's tropical climate using ex shiraz, ex bourbon and American Oak barrels. We don't add any sugar or artificial colours - only whole macerated spices to give a complex finish that is perfect to sip neat, on ice or with your favourite mixer.
