We’ve tried a number of the Bailey and Bailey Silhouette collection, but hadn’t tried this one. We bought a single bottle, as we a regular consumers of Champagne, so had fairly low expectations... What a surprise package it was. Lovely fresh and distinctive taste, crisp and delicious. It has its own personality, very social and flexible. Would do well with some fresh oysters. Alternatively, would be very respectable at a chicken and bubbles breakfast. Punches way way above its price point. Will buy some more for the festive season…

A funtastic everyday bottle of bubbles at a great price. Well balanced, not too dry, a touch of sweet and zest that gives your mouth an enjoyable “zing”!

A very under- rated sparkling wine that is suitable for dinking at any occasion. With cheese and Jatz or the finest Atlantic Salmon, plus a bonus glass or two. I won’t tell you how much, go and seek it out for yourself. You won’t be dissapointed
