Easily recognisable as a Riesling based spritzer, this aperitif will not disappoint. One of the easiest-drinking I have come across. The lime component is subtle, but definitely adds to the experience.
Enjoy chilled or on ice with savoury hors d'oeuvres or a light meal.

Judicious flavours of lime, with supporting hints of lemongrass and lycee give lift to the nose and palate whilst still retaining its essential wine like drinkability.
A gentle spritz of CO2 is added prior to bottling to accentuate the freshness and lively fruit flavours.
