Something different for the table. Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir was a spur of the moment choice. Tasmanian ones are usually what I purchase. Well NOT anymore, when you can get a similiar smooth slightly earthy on the palate, from the wonderful Adelaide Hills. Give this Pinot a try ... 🙏🏻

I have drunk this wine regularly and noticed that a new vintage 2023 hit the shelf. Whilst the previous vintage was good this one is next level-bought a few to see how it develops in the botttle

Elysian Springs is a beautiful estate in South Australia's elevated Adelaide Hills district. Their tag line is +a little closer to heaven+ - a sentiment which applies both to their hillside property and their gorgeous wines. The Pinot Noir is textured and layered - no fining and only minimal filtration is used - with ruggedly beautiful flavours of cherries, berries, strawberries and spice. Superb.
